To keep things clear and easy, every order comes with tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder. You can follow your delivery through:

You may cancel your order within one hour of placing it. To cancel, please email us at support@byellison.com as soon as possible.

After this timeframe, your order will be processed and can no longer be canceled. If you still decide not to keep your purchase, you can use our regular return procedure.

At By Ellison, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If it’s not the right fit, we offer a 30-day return window for eligible items.

Making a return is simple. Here’s what to do:

2. Our team will send you the return instructions.
   
3. Follow the instructions provided to complete your return.

After your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 10 days to your original payment method.
