Shipping Coverage

We ship exclusively within the United States. Orders to locations outside the U.S. are not supported at this time.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders submitted before 5:00 PM (PT, Pacific Time) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Transit Time: 5–8 business days following dispatch.
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.

These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

All prices are listed in USD. Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, as required by law. No additional fees, duties, or surcharges apply beyond the listed product price and any applicable sales tax.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your order appears significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@byellison.com.

Risk of Loss

Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
